Korean BBQ Short Ribs

Obviously I love Korean food! And who doesn't want all those side dishes to pair with the grilled meat.
I bought the vacuum packed short ribs at Costco.

Ingredients:
6 lbs Beef short ribs
2/3 c Soy sauce
1/4 c Rice wine
1/4 c Brown sugar
4 T Sesame oil
4 Gloves garlic
1 Bunch green onion
1 Asian pear
1 Ginger
1 T Sesame seeds
1 Pinch pepper
1. Mince garlic, grate ginger and asian pear, cut green onions.
2. Mix all the sauces, sugar, seasoning & oil together.
3. Mix everything together.

4. Marinate meat. Use 3 ziploc bags, so all meat gets marinated. Or you can use a plastic container with lid.
Marinate overnight.
5. The sides I used are bean sprout salad, Kimchi, Seaweed salad, Cucumber salad. (I will have recipes of each in a separate post)
6. Grill on med high for 3-4 min on each side. Serve hot!
We did an outdoor picnic at home.
