Easy Bulgogi Meal

I love making everything from scratch (before i had kids lol) Now with 3 kids, I like making quick healthy meals for the whole family. Even though you buy pre made food, you can always mix it with fresh ingredients.

Ingredients:

1 Bulgogi marinated meat from Costco (I usually use half and freeze the rest for another day)

Kimchi (You can make this or buy a jar of it at Hmart or Good fortune) (Use as much or as little)

1 cucumber sliced

1/4 c Rice wine vinegar

1T sugar

1 t red pepper flakes

Sesame seed

Seaweed (optional)

Watermelon (optional)

White rice (My kids love rice)

Cook Bulgogi in a Wok, med high heat for 15-20 min. Make sure you stir until all the sauce are gone.

Slice cucumber and set aside while you make the marinade for it

Mix the rice wine vinegar, sugar and red pepper flakes.

Mix the sauce with the cucumbers and let it marinate for 30min or overnight.

You can make sunny side up egg topped on rice. I used hard boiled egg for this meal. And added some sesame seeds on top of the meat, seaweed and some watermelon. This is my family's plated meal.

I on the other hand ate it without rice.
