The old house of the Raymonds made into a classy and cozy Restuarant. Outdoor, indoor and the bar area all have its different feel of the place.

Clockwise: Hawaiian Ahi, cucumber-pear salsa, mint, ginger dressing

Roasted Golden Beets, organic tangerine, crushed pistachio, watercress, Greek yogurt

Chocolate Gnache Toffee crusted bread in rasberry sauce

Citrus Panna Cotta with Milk Tea Ice cream and melting cake squares. (It does melt in your mouth)

I forgot how fine dining was all about. Everything was fresh and the different flavors they constructed on each plate trully surprised my palate. Each was beautifully plated.

I am not so much of a beet fan, but this one was refreshing! If beets were this good then I will eat everyday!

The lower right desert; that def. hit the spot. It tickled my soul and just tied everything together.

If you want to taste exquisite fresh flavors, hangout with friends or impress your date for a dinner for two then come to the hidden gem of Pasadena.
